Boarding Services

Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, your pets deserve a safe, comfortable, and fun place to stay. At Charlene’s Den, we offer premium boarding for both cats and dogs, complete with cozy accommodations and personalized attention.

Boarding Perks & Packages

Boarding packages include: single stay, 3-day stay, weekend getaway (F-Sun), extended stay (7+ days).

  • Stay & Save: Board your pet for 5 days or more and receive one free grooming session!
  • Birthday Celebration: Every third Saturday of the month, we host a special birthday party 🎂 for all pets born that month — complete with treats, photos, and fun!

  • Tour Before You Board: We welcome all pet parents to participate in a guided tour of our facility before boarding your cat or dog — so you can see exactly where your pet will stay and play.

  • Loyalty Rewards: Join our Punch Card Program — every 10th punch, your next grooming service is free!

Rinse Bath & Brush

Give your furry companion that spa-fresh glow! This service includes a gentle oatmeal bath, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, gland expression, fragrance mist, and a seasonal accessory. The perfect royal refresh without a haircut.

Full Groom

The ultimate nose-to-tail makeover! Includes everything from the Royal Rinse plus a custom haircut tailored to your pet’s breed or style. Finished with pet-safe fragrance and a charming bandana — fit for true royalty.

Trim

Ideal for keeping your pet tidy between full grooms! Includes the Royal Rinse plus light trimming around the face, paw pads, and sanitary areas. A quick touch-up to keep your pet neat, fresh, and camera-ready.

De-Shedding

Reduce loose fur and keep coats silky smooth! This treatment features a deep cleansing bath with de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, followed by specialized tools to remove excess hair — perfect for heavy shedders.

Sovereign Bath

A quick, express bath for pets on the go! Includes gentle shampoo, warm rinse, and blow dry — leaving your pet clean, refreshed, and smelling amazing in no time.

Tiny Tiara Puppy Package

A calm, gentle first spa experience for your little prince or princess! Includes your choice of Royal Rinse or Mini Groom, with soothing shampoo, blow dry, nail trim, and light trimming if needed. Perfect for building confidence early.

Deep Cleaning Paw Fizz

Paw & Nose Balm
